             JOB SUMMARY As a Corporate Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for producing important financial reports to support Management in making operating and financial decisions, work closely with Business Unit Leadership, Operations and other Departments to monitor and improve efficiencies and cost-saving efforts, and support corporate reporting to the Board and Senior Management. This role requires independence, as well as relationship building and technical skills, to succeed with cross-functional projects. It is essential for the person to be proactive, work with minimal supervision, and be able to consistently deliver accurate and timely information in accordance with deadlines. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES + Support the creation and ensure accuracy of monthly and quarterly financial reporting for Business Units, ELT, Board and Lenders + Obtain a strong understanding of business performance drivers, overhead, cash flow generation and KPIs. + Support with Budgeting, Financial Forecasting and Financial Modeling. + Analyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to Management for decision-making purposes. + Support Finance Management team with in-depth analysis. + Support the development of financial reports in PowerBI + Recommend and implement process improvements regarding financial analysis and financial reporting. + Maintenance, Support and Report generation in Consolidation System (Planful) EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE + Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. + 3+ years of related work experience that demonstrates quantitative skills and the ability to perform a variety of financial analyses. + Detail oriented with high degree of accuracy. + Must be a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can adapt quickly. + Ability to analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities. + Ability to transform complex information into easily digestible financial summaries + Ability to translate data into insights that support business decisions, while building understanding of key operational drivers. + Experience with financial reporting and analysis. + Experience with PowerBI and Planful a plus. + Must be able to operate independently and be proactive, with excellent problem-solving skills. + Ability to work well across teams and build relationships. + Must be able to communicate professionally and effectively within the Finance Organization and occasionally with other levels of the organization including senior management. + Ability to consistently meet deadlines.
