    Position:Preschool Assistant –Support Children with DisabilitiesLocation:Richmond, CASchedule:Monday–Friday, 8:00am–2:00pm (30 hours/week)Pay:$20/hour

     

    Make a Difference Every DayJoin a passionate team helping toddlers (ages 0–3) with developmental delays, autism, and behavioral challenges thrive in our early intervention preschool. As aPreschool Assistant, you’ll help lead fun, hands-on activities that build motor skills, support communication, and teach social and classroom skills—all in a nurturing, play-based setting.

    You’ll work side-by-side with experienced Lead Teachers and receive specialized training in:

    + Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)

    + Visual supports (like PECS and visual schedules)

    + Lesson planning & classroom strategies

    + Communication tools and more
