    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented **Peak Dispatch Associate** to join our team during the peak season. This part-time, overnight role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth and accurate dispatch of equipment and drivers. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in varied environments, from the office to outdoor conditions.

     

    Shift:10:45pm to 4:15am Monday to Friday

     

    Pay: 19.33/hr

     

    Weekly Pay!

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Record inbound and outbound equipment activity

    + Monitor scheduled vs. actual equipment types

    + Utilize Feeder Scheduling System (FSS) reports to dispatch drivers

    + Perform yard checks to confirm trailer positions match computer records

    + Key-enter timecards and dispatch information

    + Communicate effectively with drivers and management

    Work Environment & Requirements:
