    Our client, an innovative leader in the technology industry, is seeking a Senior Java Developer to join their dynamic team. As a Senior Java Developer, you will be part of the Software Development Department supporting multiple project teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully within the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Senior Java Developer

    **Location:** Fully Remote (Must work EST time zone)

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Design, develop, and deploy scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications using Java and related technologies.

    + Lead technical activities across medium to large complex projects, ensuring timely delivery and high quality.

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and solutions.

    + Support system maintenance, troubleshooting, and problem resolution to ensure optimal application performance.

    + Guide and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative development environment.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Development, or related field.

    + 8+ years of experience in enterprise software design and development, preferably with Java and J2EE.

    + Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, or DB2.

    + Proficiency with version control tools like Git, build scripting (Maven), and familiarity with Azure DevOps.

    + Experience with microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
