**Job Title:** Assembly/Deburr Tech

**Location:** Rockwall, TX

**Shift:** 1st Shift (5:00 AM – 1:30 PM, Monday–Friday)

**Job Type:** Full-Time; Temp to Hire

**Pay:** $18.00 Hour

**Language Requirement:** English (required)

Job Summary:

We are seeking Assembly/Deburr Techs for our client in Rockwall, TX. This role involves detailed hands-on work with tools to deburr, assemble, and inspection of products. Seeking individuals who take pride in their work and enjoy a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Operate hand tools such as deburring knives, files, tumblers, and bead blast cabinets.

+ Use repetitive filing or grinding to perfect product.

+ Assemble components accurately using blueprints and instructions.

+ Use hand arbor to press in hardware/pins and install components.

+ Perform quality control checks to ensure compliance.

+ Meet daily production goals.

Qualifications:

+ Previous experience in assembly or a related field preferred.

+ Basic math skills for measuring and calculating dimensions.

+ Mechanical knowledge and the ability to troubleshoot assembly issues.

+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

+ Proficiency with hand tools used in assembly and deburring.

+ Strong attention to detail.
