Position Purpose:
The Warehouse Slotting Analyst will manage standard slotting projects using the Optislot tool along with various warehouse management system reports to improve efficiencies across the network. This position will be responsible for coordinating with Opco Ops teams to optimize the flow of product selection and ensure products are ergonomically slotted to reduce personal injury and product damage. Requires the ability to identify opportunities for slotting improvement along with effective communication with the Opcos to maximize the impact of each slotting project.
Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
+ Independent management of slotting projects.
+ Coordinate with warehouse operations team to identify slotting needs and opportunities.
+ Compile and analyze Warehouse Management System (WMS) SKU data for accurate review of potential slotting opportunities.
+ Conduct slotting scenario testing using the Optislot tool.
+ Provide optimal slotting suggestions to the operations team that fit their needs and maximizes efficiency.
+ Effectively communicate the results of the slotting analysis and how to execute the solution.
+ Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience
3-5 years Operations Management experience or education equivalent.
