As an Access Control Officer supporting logistics and distribution operations, you will help to deter security-related incidents by monitoring and patrolling assigned areas, managing access points, and interacting with visitors and staff. This position requires a valid driver's license and involves driving responsibilities. What You'll Do:

+ Provide exceptional customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies within a logistics and distribution environment.

+ Monitor and control access points to help to deter unauthorized entry and promote a secure location.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal training protocols.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols of the business premises and its perimeter to help to deter potential security-related concerns.

+ Document observations, incidents, and activities accurately and promptly as required by site protocols.

+ Collaborate with logistics and distribution personnel to support security-related needs and maintain open communication.

+ Assist with emergency response activities and follow prescribed protocols when appropriate.

Minimum Requirements:

+ A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

+ A state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
