What You'll Do:

+ Provide customer service to residents, guests, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk.

+ Monitor access to the building, verifying identification and/or credentials as required.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations at the location in a calm, problem-solving manner.

+ Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities and/or incidents as directed by site protocols.

+ Assist with visitor management, including logging arrivals and departures as needed.

+ Support emergency response activities when appropriate, following established procedures at the location.

Minimum Requirements:

+ Must be at least 21 years of age.

+ Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Experience with access control and/or badge systems is preferred.

+ Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
