             Job Description: Job Description • Lead multi-year strategic planning to align cybersecurity architecture, infrastructure, and engineering initiatives • Advise on the design, development, and enhancement of cybersecurity frameworks embedded in enterprise technology solutions • Oversee security requirements and outputs of cybersecurity teams across large-scale projects • Develop and influence strategic cybersecurity solutions by combining deep technical expertise with strong business acumen • Collaborate with internal and industry peers to refine solution strategies, designs, and development practices • Supervise cybersecurity solution testing to proactively identify and resolve potential issues before deployment Education and Experience Required • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field (required) • 12+ years of relevant experience in information security management • Proficient in risk management, compliance, and security technologies • Relevant certifications preferred (e.g. CISSP, CISM, CISA) • Committed to continuous learning and staying current with industry trends and technologies Knowledge and Skills • Industry-leading expertise in Cyber and IT security disciplines, including standards, risks, threats, and prevention strategies • Advanced skills in secure system architecture and infrastructure design • Proficiency in HPE-UX, Linux, and Windows operating systems • Strong command of relevant programming and scripting languages • Expertise in networking, network security, and associated tools and products • Proven project management capabilities • In-depth knowledge of public key infrastructures and certificate/key management best practices • Executive-level skills in risk assessment and strategic security management Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $115,100 - $213,700. Full-time hires are eligible to participate in the DXC benefit program.
