    About the Role

     

    Adecco is seeking motivated and reliable **Machine Operators** to join our client’s growing manufacturing team in the **South Plainfield, NJ** area.     As a **Machine Operator** , you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient production processes while maintaining high-quality standards.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Operate manufacturing machinery in accordance with standard operating procedures.

    + Monitor production output and product quality to meet specifications.

    + Assist with **finished product handling** , including banding and bundling.

    + Support **Brake Press** operations as needed.

    + Safely operate **overhead cranes and forklifts** for material handling.

    + Maintain a **clean, safe, and organized** work environment.

    + Adhere to all **safety protocols** and company procedures.

    + Perform additional duties as assigned by supervision.

    + Exhibit regular, reliable, and punctual attendance — must be available for overtime or flexible shifts as needed.

    Qualifications

    + Previous **manufacturing or production experience** preferred.

    + Ability to obtain valid **crane and forklift certifications** (training may be provided).

    + Strong attention to detail, safety, and teamwork.

    + Ability to **lift/move up to 50 lbs** and perform repetitive tasks.

    Physical Demands & Work Environment

    + Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift.

    + Work performed on a **manufacturing floor** with machinery, exposure to noise, airborne particles, and temperature variations.

    + Use of **personal protective equipment (PPE)** required.

    **Pay Details:** $20.00 per hour
