Adecco is currently assisting one of its top tech clients in their search for an **Administrative Assistant** working in **Redmond, WA (Remote)**
Pay rate: $30 / Hour
Shift availability: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive **Administrative Assistant** to support executive operations and event coordination within our Public Sector team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing logistics, and is passionate about delivering seamless experiences for both internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
+ **Event & Meeting Coordination:**
+ Plan and execute Executive Briefing Center (EBC) meetings and small-scale customer events (typically 20-person meetings, occasionally global virtual roundtables).
+ Manage end-to-end logistics including scheduling, catering, room booking, and virtual meeting setup.
+ **Executive Support:**
+ Handle travel arrangements and expense reporting for two senior leaders.
+ Ensure timely and accurate processing of reimbursements and travel documentation.
+ **Administrative Operations:**
+ Support logistics for internal and external meetings across the organization.
+ Collaborate with other Executive Assistants and respond to ad-hoc requests from a 100+ member Public Sector team.
+ **Experience:**
+ 2–4 years in an administrative or event coordination role.
+ 0–2 years of experience with calendar management and project coordination.
+ Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel).
+ Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
+ Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
+ Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
+ Experience with global logistics and virtual meeting platforms is a plus.
+ PMP certification or project coordination training (nice-to-have, not required).
**Pay Details:** $30.00 per hour
