    **Job Title:** 2nd Shift Finishing Operator (Temp to Hire)

    **Location:** Quakertown, PA

    **Pay:** $24.20/hour (weekly pay)

    Job Summary:

    Adecco is seeking a detail-oriented Finishing Operator to inspect, measure, and process fabric products. This temp-to-hire role involves using microscopes and specialized equipment, following SOPs, and supporting quality control and production.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Inspect and measure fabric characteristics (EPI, PPI, width, thickness, etc.)

    + Detect defects and contamination

    + Record and communicate inspection results

    + Use testing equipment including microscopes and laser cutters

    + Perform medical component processes like sewing, coiling, and heat pressing

    + Follow GMP/QSR and safety procedures

    + Enter job data in ERP systems

    Qualifications:

    + High school diploma or equivalent

    + 1+ year related experience preferred

    + Basic math and computer skills (MS Office)

    + Experience with ERP systems preferred

    + Ability to read and follow work instructions and SOPs

    + Reliable, organized, and a team player

    **Pay Details:** $24.20 per hour
