    Customer Service Representative (CSR)

    Overview:

    Tektronix is seeking dedicated and motivated **Customer Service Representatives (CSRs)** to join our team. As a CSR, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service experiences. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries and driving our strategy to retain and grow our customer base. Your ability to build relationships and advocate for customer needs will directly influence purchasing decisions and company growth.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Serve as the primary contact for internal and external customers via calls, LiveChats, and emails.

    + Respond professionally to customer inquiries regarding calibration and repair services.

    + Actively listen to customer needs and interests to provide tailored solutions.

    + Collaborate with Sales and Service Center Operations to drive revenue and meet customer needs.

    + Prepare service quotes/RMAs and upsell Tektronix products and services.

    + Ensure customer equipment is managed effectively through service operations.

    + Advocate for customer needs, ensuring compliance with Tektronix business practices.

    + Research and troubleshoot to resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner.

    + Maintain and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

    Qualifications:

    + Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

    + Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

    + Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time-management skills.

    + Proven ability to learn and adhere to processes and procedures.

    + Research and troubleshooting skills to address customer needs effectively.

    Preferred Skills:

    + Experience in customer service, sales, or a related field.

    + Familiarity with calibration or repair services is a plus.

    + Proficiency with CRM tools and software.

    **Pay Details:** $22.00 per hour
