             Job Title: Geotechnical Project ManagerJob Description Join our dynamic team as a Geotechnical Project Manager, where you will lead diverse projects ranging from highways and bridges to renewable energy facilities. With opportunities to grow internally, you will play a pivotal role in managing and executing projects across both public and private sectors. Responsibilities + Lead and manage geotechnical projects, including highways, bridges, and renewable energy facilities. + Conduct soil testing and inspections, providing technical guidance and solutions. + Collaborate with various technical disciplines to ensure project success. + Communicate effectively with stakeholders through excellent oral and written skills. + Build and lead a team of engineers and technicians to support project backlogs. + Manage projects from proposal through to completion, ensuring quality and efficiency. Essential Skills + 8 to 10 years of geotechnical engineering experience. + Proven leadership skills and ability to work in a team setting. + Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain within 6 to 12 months. + MSCE in Geotechnical Engineering preferred. + Proficiency in geotechnical analysis. + Experience with infrastructure engineering and civil projects. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience with AutoCAD and/or Microstation. + Experience in both public and private sector work. + Department of Transportation experience is a plus. + Motivated self-starter with demonstrated leadership capabilities. Work Environment Enjoy a balanced work environment with 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday. Benefit from hybrid flexibility, working 2-3 days in the office and the rest remotely, depending on project workload. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Richmond, Virginia. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $40.87 - $55.29/hr.
