    Business Systems Analyst

     

    The PLM Business Systems Analyst will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and PLM technology solutions, with a

     

    focus on Teamcenter X and related platforms.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Analyze PLM business processes and workflows, such as NPI, document management, change control, and item/BOM management, to identify areas for improvement and automation.

    + Gather, document, and validate PLM business and technical requirements from stakeholders including engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain departments, i.e. the entire value chain.

    + Develop detailed functional specifications and collaborate with development teams to deliver effective PLM system solutions, including CAD data management and ERP integrations.

    + Facilitate stakeholder meetings, manage PLM project timelines, and ensure clear communication throughout the software development lifecycle.

    + Act as a subject matter expert in PLM systems, providing guidance and training to end-users and supporting adoption of best practices.

    Qualifications

    + 3–10+ years of Teamcenter experience

    + Deep knowledge of PLM process areas: NPI, document management, change control, and item/BOM management.

    + Solid understanding of CAD data management (especially SolidWorks, AutoCAD, OrCAD, and Altium) and ERP integration concepts.

    + Familiarity with Revit and the Autodesk construction suite preferred

    + Ability to translate PLM business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications.

    + Experience working with global teams and managing multiple stakeholders.

    + Strong analytical and documentation skills.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $58.00 - $66.00/hr.
