             Job Title: Network Security Analyst Job Description Join our dynamic team as a Network Security Analyst, where you will play a crucial role in monitoring and protecting against network breaches and cyber-attacks. You will assess current security measures to ensure they meet future needs, configure and run phishing campaigns, and provide security awareness training. Your expertise will guide the organization in meeting cyber insurance requirements and managing IT security compliance. Responsibilities + Monitor and respond to cyber-attacks with appropriate countermeasures. + Assess and confirm the suitability of existing network security measures. + Configure and run phishing campaigns and security awareness training. + Educate employees on data security practices. + Identify and mitigate risks, perform security reviews, and design credible security practices. + Ensure the organization meets requirements for cyber insurance. + Manage IT security compliance. + Evaluate vulnerabilities and threats with clients, performing audits and tests. + Develop training materials and procedures, and train users on security software. + Develop, maintain, and practice a Disaster Recovery Plan. + Ensure secure and stable server connectivity and test network protocols. + Install, update, and configure end-user networking accessories. + Monitor computer systems and networks to improve performance. + Create documentation to optimize infrastructure processes. + Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues for maximum uptime and reliability. + Configure and maintain virtualized environments using VMware vSphere. + Create and configure email gateway policies using Mimecast. + Manage Identity and Access Management (IAM) with Okta. + Monitor endpoints for threats and vulnerabilities with Malwarebytes. + Maintain patches on all servers and endpoints. + Communicate network security updates to executives and stakeholders. + Develop and maintain documentation for network configurations and security policies. + Stay up to date on emerging vulnerabilities and threats. Essential Skills + Knowledge of key security technologies, security frameworks, and security standards. + Familiarity with network access control (NAC) systems, firewalls, routers, incident response techniques, intrusion prevention systems, authentication protocols, and different attack types. + Understanding of security controls across domains such as access management, encryption, vulnerability management, authentication and authorization, network security, and physical security. + Experience with Okta, AWS, Mimecast, vSphere, CATO, Malwarebytes, PRTG. Additional Skills & Qualifications + College degree (Associates or Bachelors). + Knowledge of security technologies and standards. Work Environment This is a hybrid role on the 1st shift, working in a clean facility. You will be part of a collaborative team that values continuous learning and staying updated on the latest security threats and solutions. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $50.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
