    Role Purpose: Support the Marketing team and the Global Growth Marketing Lead in executing and evaluating lead-generating activities, including paid ads, cold email outreach, list building, trade events, webinars, email campaigns, and social media.

     

    Utilize analytical skills for campaign data management, optimization, lead generation, reporting, and evaluation. Organize online and offline events, and nurture marketing-qualified leads for sales teams. This role offers professional growth in a fast-paced environment, with opportunities in social media and content development.

    Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

    Campaign Management

     

    + Build and maintain dashboards to track and report on marketing and sales performance metrics weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually.

    + Drive demand generation and lead management campaigns, coordinating closely with global sales organizations.

    + Develop data-driven marketing automations to nurture, qualify, and score leads, and deliver account-based marketing.

     

    Content and SEO/SEM

     

    + Collaborate with agency partners to deliver SEO/SEM initiatives for lead generation.

    + Develop and execute compelling content strategies, marketing campaigns, and landing pages to drive inbound marketing.

     

    Event Coordination

     

    + Organize, book, and manage logistics for trade events, ensuring a strong presence to engage customers and build relationships.

    + Integrate data from webinars and events into marketing efforts.

     

    CRM and Data Management

     

    + Create and maintain forms, landing pages, campaigns, reports, and dashboards in HubSpot.

    + Work with the Salesforce Admin to maintain data hygiene, uphold best practices and maintain HubSpot / Salesforce sync.

     

    Data Analysis

     

    + Deeply understand and utilize data to support business growth, consistently testing and learning.

     

    Any other duties and responsibilities commensurate with the position.

    Education and/or Experience:

    Required Qualifications:

    + Associate Degree.

    + Minimum 1 year of experience including experience gained through internships.

    + Strong numeracy and analytical skills.

    + Proficiency with Google Data Studio, Google Analytics, Search Console, Google Ads, and HubSpot CRM.

    + Experience with email marketing, data integrity maintenance, and spreadsheet modelling.

    + Excellent verbal and written communication.

    + Ability to meet tight deadlines, prioritize workload, and follow processes.

    + Understanding of digital marketing concepts.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree.

    + Experience in international or technical marketing.

    + Knowledge of Drupal, Salesforce, Adobe software (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro).

    + Event organization skills.
