We’re not just solving wastewater challenges; we’re transforming how communities thrive. At Jacobs, we’re looking for a visionary Project Manager to join our Northern California team who is ready to lead the charge in designing the next generation of wastewater infrastructure. If you’ve got deep experience in wastewater and a passion for making a real-world impact, this is your moment.

    What You’ll Do:

    • You will help grow our Northern California water resource recovery practice, and work with the best team in the business while doing it.

    • You’ll help shape resilient, sustainable communities, one project at a time.

At Jacobs, we’re partnering across the globe to create the best project outcomes by maximizing the design, digital technology, and support capabilities of our Global Integrated Delivery (GID) teammates. By joining Jacobs, you’ll commit to supporting and engaging with these teams, as we work to build a company like no other.

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Chemical, Mechanical engineering, or a related discipline.

    • Professional Engineer (PE) Licensure from the State of California or ability to obtain within 12 months.

    • Demonstrated understanding of wastewater collection and conveyance systems, pump stations, and treatment facilities.

    • Strong communication skills.

    • Demonstrated self-starter.

    • Project management experience for wastewater utility projects, along with related master planning, design, and project development experience.

    • Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with clients and win work.

    Ideally, you’ll also have:

    • 10+ years of experience.

    • Strong network with Northern California municipalities and exceptional client-facing skills.

    • Enthusiasm for mentoring and inspiring collaboration across teams.
