Description

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Customer Service Representative to join our team in Plymouth, Minnesota. In this long-term contract position, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating service calls and ensuring seamless communication with customers. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced environment while honing your customer service and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to incoming calls, informational inquiries, follow-ups.

• Effectively schedule and coordinate service calls to meet customer needs and optimize efficiency.

• Anticipate and forecast workloads to optimize resource management.

• Provide technicians with necessary information and ongoing support for successful service delivery.

• Monitor and update new and existing service tickets to ensure accurate records and timely resolutions.

Requirements • Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and scheduling or ticketing software.

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel for tracking and reporting purposes.

• Strong multitasking skills and the ability to adapt to dynamic situations.

• Excellent note-taking and documentation capabilities.

• Demonstrated ability to handle stress and manage priorities effectively.

• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work with diverse personalities.

• Familiarity with CRM systems, billing functions, and general computer programs is a plus. TalentMatch®
