Description

We are looking for a part-time (~30hours/week) Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team on a contract basis in Fort Worth, Texas. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the accurate processing of invoices and maintaining seamless operations within the accounts payable function. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute your expertise in managing financial transactions and supporting organizational efficiency. This role will be 2 days in office and remote the other days!

Responsibilities:

• Accurately code and process past-due invoices using Microsoft Dynamics.

• Perform invoice reconciliation to ensure proper documentation and payment.

• Manage check runs and ensure timely disbursement of payments.

• Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies in invoices or payments.

• Maintain organized records of all accounts payable transactions.

• Utilize Workday to track and process financial data efficiently.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during invoice processing.

• Communicate with vendors to address and resolve payment issues.

• Support month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.

• Assist in improving processes and workflows for enhanced efficiency.

Requirements • Proven experience in accounts payable or a similar role.

• Strong knowledge of coding invoices and invoice processing.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Workday systems.

• Proficiency in conducting check runs and managing payment schedules.

• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to analyze and resolve invoice discrepancies effectively.

• Strong communication skills for vendor and team interactions.

• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and accuracy in financial records.
