Description We are looking for an experienced Human Resources (HR) Manager to join our team in Dallas, Texas. In this role, you will play a key part in managing HR operations, fostering positive employee relations, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. This position requires a proactive and strategic leader with a strong background in HR administration and systems.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.

• Manage and administer employee benefit programs, ensuring they align with organizational needs.

• Provide guidance and support to employees and leadership on HR policies and compliance matters.

• Maintain and optimize HRIS systems to streamline processes and improve data accuracy.

• Lead efforts to enhance employee engagement and retention through effective communication and development initiatives.

• Collaborate with department leaders to address workforce planning and performance management.

• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.

• Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and develop strategies for improvement.

• Oversee the payroll process and coordinate with external vendors as needed.

• Develop and implement HR procedures to support organizational goals and objectives. Requirements

• 5 + years of experience in human resources management or a related role.

• Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.

• Proficiency in HRIS systems, with experience using platforms such as Paycor.

• Demonstrated expertise in employee relations and conflict resolution.

• Proven ability to manage benefit programs and related administrative tasks.

• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, with a focus on collaboration.

• Experience in onboarding processes and workforce planning.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration
