Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician

1st shift - $32-$35

Job Description

As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will leverage your problem-solving skills to perform root-cause analysis on essential machines. You will troubleshoot using your knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical systems to repair, move, and maintain machines and tools.

Responsibilities

+ Keep manufacturing equipment operational by resolving equipment failures, effecting repairs, and testing to ensure issues are corrected.

+ Source parts and services on a priority basis to restore critical equipment to operation.

+ Manage and restock replacement part inventory as needed.

+ Perform regular preventative maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.

+ Read and interpret equipment manuals, blueprints, catalogs, and work orders for maintenance and service.

+ Inspect buildings, machines, equipment, structures, and materials to determine repair needs.

+ Estimate repair costs and purchase supplies and parts from distributors or stores.

+ Perform routine facilities maintenance.

+ Exhibit a working knowledge of health and safety, contributing to safety awareness and culture improvement.

+ Provide flexibility in hours to perform maintenance and emergency repairs outside of the normal work schedule.

+ Complete other tasks as assigned.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $72000.00/yr.
