We’re looking for a skilled **MIG Welder & Fabricator** who thrives in a hands-on environment and enjoys a mix of shop work and travel across the Midwest.

• What You’ll Do

+ Weld aluminum and structural steel frames for custom greenhouse builds

+ Cut, prep, and fabricate metal components for shipment

+ Travel locally for on-site projects (also travel within MN, WI, IA, ND, SD, NB)– approx. 50% of the time

+ Read blueprints and technical drawings to bring designs to life

+ Collaborate with crews and subcontractors on commercial builds

+ Use hand and power tools to construct high-quality structures

• What You Bring

+ Solid MIG welding experience (especially aluminum & steel)

+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints

+ Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic

+ Comfortable working on ladders and traveling for 3–5 days at a time

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $27.00/hr.
