Description We are looking for a skilled Financial Project Manager to join our team in West Palm Beach, Florida. In this long-term contract position, you will play a critical role in overseeing financial processes, managing system implementations, and supporting restaurant operations. This is a dynamic opportunity to contribute your expertise in financial management and project coordination within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the implementation and optimization of the Restaurant 365 platform to streamline financial and operational processes.

• Manage general ledger coding to ensure accurate and efficient financial reporting.

• Perform account reconciliations and manage month-end close processes to maintain financial accuracy.

• Collaborate with controllers to develop and maintain best practices in financial management.

• Support the launch of new restaurant locations by managing financial planning and budgeting.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations within the restaurant sector.

• Analyze annual revenue trends and provide actionable insights to improve financial performance.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of financial systems and processes.

• Provide ongoing support and training to staff on financial tools and procedures. Requirements • A minimum of 1 year of experience in financial project management or a related field.

• Strong proficiency in financial processes such as account reconciliation and month-end close.

• Hands-on experience with Restaurant 365 software or similar financial systems.

• Familiarity with the restaurant industry, including operational and financial practices.

• Proven ability to manage system implementations and integrations effectively.

• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present financial data.

• Strong organizational and communication skills to collaborate across teams.

• A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is preferred.
