Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team at our Chicago Heights location. This position involves performing industrial maintenance on various machines, including Overhead Cranes, Brake Presses, and CNC Plasma Cutting Machines, with a balanced focus on mechanical and electrical troubleshooting. 1st shift, Direct Hire placement.
Responsibilities
+ Perform industrial maintenance on Overhead Cranes, Brake Presses, and CNC Plasma Cutting Machines.
+ Conduct mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
+ Work with 3 Phase motors, handling up to 480V.
+ Troubleshoot hydraulics and replace hoses/pumps as needed.
+ Perform facility maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs and fixing toilets.
+ Order parts, manage maintenance inventory, and collaborate with suppliers and contractors.
+ Participate in weekly calls with the Supervisor to discuss updates and machine performance.
Essential Skills
+ Strong electrical skills, including 480V and 3 Phase systems.
+ Proficiency in mechanical troubleshooting.
+ Experience with hydraulics and facilities maintenance.
+ Ability to interpret blueprints and read a tape measure.
+ 5+ years of prior industrial maintenance experience.
+ Hydraulic and electrical maintenance experience.
+ Experience with machine software and PLC systems.
+ Ability to repair all Plant equipment.
+ Strong communication skills in an industrial environment.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $71760.00 - $76960.00/yr.
Company does have a $0 medical cost option with high deductible. PPO option $50 per month. Weekly pay on every Friday. 401K is a 6% match.

This is a fully onsite position in Chicago Heights,IL.
