Job Title: CNC Machine Operator

Job Description

Join a leading CNC machine shop specializing in crafting metal parts for various industries worldwide. As a CNC Machine Operator, you'll work on diverse Mills and Machines, primarily Mazaks, to produce a wide range of parts with precision and efficiency.

Responsibilities

+ Operate CNC Machines and Machining Centers to produce small to large parts with minimal scrap.

+ Review drawings, instructions, blueprints, or samples to ensure accurate production.

+ Plan the proper sequence of tasks to complete assignments efficiently.

+ Inspect parts using gauges and SPC chart tracking to ensure quality assurance.

+ Document completed labor and quality checks, reporting errors and defects as needed.

+ Identify the need for machine or tool maintenance and perform minor repairs.

+ Learn machine set-up, organizing equipment to perform setups in minimal time.

+ Maintain a safe and clean work environment.

Work Environment

Open on all 3 shifts. Plenty of overtime available, though not mandatory. You'll work in a well-lit shop that's currently busy with work orders set through 2025. The shop is on the dirtier side, reflecting the nature of the work.

Job Type & Location

This position is based out of Oconomowoc, Wisconsin.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $28.00/hr.
