    Job Title: Forklift Operator position

    Job Description

    Join our dynamic team as a Shipping and Receiving Specialist, where you will play a crucial role in our warehouse operations. This position requires a dedicated individual who is able to manage shipping and receiving tasks efficiently while ensuring accurate inventory management.

    Responsibilities

    + Manage shipping and receiving operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of goods.

    + Perform cycle counting and inventory management tasks to maintain stock accuracy.

    + Handle UPS shipping processes and documentation.

    + Communicate effectively with other sites and customers via phone, email, and Teams.

    + Lift and move packages weighing up to 70 lbs.

    Essential Skills

    + 2-3 years of warehouse experience.

    + Proficiency in shipping and receiving operations.

    + Inventory management and cycle counting expertise.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + 1-2 years of additional warehouse experience.

    + Experience with computer data input and customer communication.

    + Bilingual skills preferred.

    Work Environment

     

    Work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse with a team of 7-10 professionals. The environment is organized, albeit hot and loud, and requires the use of steel-toed boots. The position is available on two shifts: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM (or as late as 5:30 PM) and 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays. Expect a hard stop at 5:30 PM for all roles.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Carrollton, Texas.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr.
