    Job Title: Assembler

    Job Description

    We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Assembler to join our production team. The role involves testing, building, and packaging electro-mechanical products. This position requires proficiency in assembly processes, handling small parts, and using hand tools.

    Responsibilities

    + Work in a cell testing, building, and packaging electro-mechanical products.

    + Conduct basic go/no-go testing of circuit boards.

    + Perform wire bonding and RF soldering for sub-assemblies.

    + Use visual and written work instructions to add customer-specific components.

    + Package products and stage them for shipping.

    + Notify material handlers of part shortages.

    + Lift up to 35 lbs as required.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience with assembly and handling small parts.

    + Proficiency in using hand and power tools.

    + Understanding of mechanical assembly and production processes.

    + Ability to perform soldering tasks.

    + Competence in using computers.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in production of small parts.

    + Ability to provide references for the last 5 jobs or 7 years.

    + Strong English comprehension.

    + Capacity to stand for extended periods.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $24.00/hr.
