    •** **Production Associate – Assembler/Brazer

    **Shifts Available:** 1st & 2nd Shift

    **Pay:** $22–$23/hour

If you enjoy hands-on work, interpreting blueprints, and building high-quality piping systems, this is your chance to grow in a supportive, skill-driven environment.

     

    •️** **What You’ll Do

    + Assemble piping systems using hand tools, drills, and measuring instruments

    + Read and interpret blueprints and work orders with accuracy

    + Cut, measure, and fit components to exact specifications

    + Monitor equipment and report any issues to supervisors

    + Maintain a clean and organized workspace through 5S practices

    + Follow all safety and quality protocols to ensure top-tier production

    •** **What You Bring

    + At least 6 months of mechanical assembly experience

    + Ability to read blueprints and use tape measures confidently

    + Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for 8–10 hours

    + High School Diploma or GED

    + Basic computer skills and familiarity with PPE (steel toes, ear/eye protection)

    •** **Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Required)

    + Can convert fractions to decimals (training available!)

    + Experience in brazing, metal fabrication, or progressive stamping

    + Familiarity with OSHA standards and quality inspection procedures

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $45780.00 - $47860.00/yr.

     

    Competitive Pay: Pay range $22.01-27.50/hr.
