    Job Title: Industrial Painter - Aerospace Components

    Job Description

    Join our team as an Industrial Painter, where you will be responsible for preparing and painting aerospace components using pneumatic spray guns. You will follow detailed blueprints and safety protocols, utilize various hand and power tools, work with hazardous chemicals, and collaborate with a team to meet production deadlines.

    Responsibilities

    + Prepare surfaces for painting by sanding, washing, and other necessary tasks.

    + Read and interpret technical data sheets to ensure correct paint mixing.

    + Apply paint to hydraulic assemblies and components using pneumatic spray guns.

    + Apply technical markings, decals, and stencils as required.

    + Monitor quality against manufacturing plans and engineering drawings.

    + Handle hazardous chemicals and materials safely, adhering to all regulations.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience with industrial painting and the use of HVLP spray guns.

    + Ability to follow blueprints and safety protocols.

    + Proficient in using hand and power tools.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Familiarity with operating in a paint booth environment.

    Work Environment

     

    Work in a large, clean manufacturing facility dedicated to aerospace production. The role is for the 2nd shift, operating from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract position based out of Yakima, Washington.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $25.00/hr.
