Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Mechanic
Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in a dynamic manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in industrial maintenance and mechanics, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair various systems. This role requires a proactive approach to ensuring equipment reliability and efficiency, contributing to the overall success of our operations.
Duties
+ Installing, repairing, and maintaining mechanical components of industrial equipment.
+ Working as a team member or alone to complete projects.
+ Observing safety procedures and meeting operating requirements, including safe operation of scissor lifts while performing tasks at height.
+ Making decisions based on technical documents and interpreting schematics to troubleshoot issues effectively.
+ Performing quality testing and inspections; inspecting equipment for defects.
+ Ensures operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by safely performing maintenance tasks to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain all facility equipment.
+ Utilizing Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track maintenance tasks and manage inventory.
+ Troubleshooting hydraulic systems and performing necessary repairs or adjustments.
+ Using precision diagnostic instrument for accurate troubleshooting and repairs.
+ Assembling and aligning gears, bearings, and shafts, involving the application of press and running fits.
+ Executing welding tasks, including stick welding, as needed for equipment repairs.
+ Making temporary or permanent changes as required to keep equipment operational.
Qualifications
+ Proven industrial mechanic experience with a strong mechanical knowledge base.
+ Mine experience preferred, but not required.
+ High school diploma or GED.
+ Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, hand tools, and industrial equipment.
+ Awareness of national, state, and local electrical codes and regulations.
+ Motivated self-starter who can manage projects and make decisions.
+ Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and other technical documents.
+ Willing to perform physically demanding tasks, such as lift heavy objects, climbing ladders, crawling, etc.
+ Strong analytical skills with the ability to diagnose problems effectively.
+ Military experience is a plus, demonstrating discipline and technical training.
+ Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. Candidates should be detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and possess a commitment to maintaining high operational standards.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $83200.00/yr.
