Job Details We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of our Employee Health department. This role is essential in ensuring a smooth patient experience, accurate data management, and effective communication between patients, providers, and staff. Responsibilities: + Greet and assist patients in a professional and friendly manner + Provide exceptional customer service in person and over the phone + Schedule and confirm patient appointments + Assemble and maintain patient charts and records + Answer and route incoming telephone calls efficiently + Deliver return-to-work notes and other documentation to providers + Perform accurate and timely data entry (a major component of this role) + Scan, organize, and file medical documents electronically + Manage provider and departmental calendars using Outlook + Utilize the Agility program (training provided) + Create and update Excel spreadsheets for departmental tracking + Support the daily workflow and administrative operations of the department + Collect, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail Requirements: + High School Diploma or GED required. + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills + Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities + Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) + Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality + Previous experience in a medical or administrative office preferred Salary Range USD $26.00 - USD $26.00 /Hr. This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. The salary range or rate listed does not include any bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation that may be applicable to this job and it does not include the value of benefits.
