Job Description: We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Payroll Tax Consultant to track and update tax registrations across various entities. This role requires an understanding of tax forms and the ability to navigate agency websites effectively.
Responsibilities:
+ Track and update tax registrations for all entities.
+ Gather specific information required for tax forms and ensure understanding of form fields.
+ Navigate agency websites to understand their requirements.
+ Communicate updates and issues effectively.
+ Identify authorized personnel for signing tax returns.
+ Coordinate updates to maintain the current registration status.
+ Support tax filings throughout the tenure.
Essential Skills:
+ 2+ years of payroll tax experience
+ Experience with payroll tax maintenance
+ Proficiency in payroll systems
+ Familiarity with Workday
Work Environment: The work environment is dynamic and collaborative, focusing on maintaining accurate and up-to-date payroll tax records. Employees are expected to navigate online systems and maintain effective communication with relevant stakeholders.
Job Type & Location: This is a Contract position based in Saint Paul, Minnesota, that is eligible to be remote.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $34.00 - $38.00/hr.
