**LOCATION:** Hybrid – 8 days a month in the Philadelphia PA office
OVERVIEW
The Associate Project & Program Manager supports the strategic execution of Wolters Kluwer Health’s product and go-to-market initiatives by ensuring accurate, complete, and optimized product metadata across systems and channels. This supportive, learning-focused role is part of the Product Information Management (PIM) team and works closely with stakeholders across publishing, marketing, sales, and channel partners to enhance product discoverability and data integrity using the Firebrand Technology (a SQL database) platform.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1+ years of experience in operations, metadata management, or marketing who is eager to grow in a collaborative, data-centric environment.
RESPONSIBILTITIES
Product Metadata Management
• Monitor product metadata output to ensure timely releases, improve discoverability, data accuracy, and system acceptance.
• Collaborate in developing metadata frameworks and enrichment strategies aligned with business goals.
• Support SEO initiatives by creating keyword-rich metadata and optimized product descriptions.
System Integration & Data Synchronization
• Participate in cross-functional teams to ensure metadata consistency across platforms including CRM (Salesforce), external warehouse partners, and eCommerce platforms.
• Troubleshoot data gaps with channel partners like Amazon by monitoring Operational Chargebacks, catalog reports, and Support Inbox tickets.
• Participate in testing and validation of metadata across systems to support seamless data exchange.
Quality Assurance & Governance
• Assist in auditing product data for completeness, accuracy, and pricing alignment across platforms.
• Monitor channel partner Operational charges and collaborate on data-driven solutions to reduce costs.
• Support the development of SOPs and documentation to improve metadata output processes.
• Participate in data architecture initiatives & improvement projects like building data requirements, process improvements and reporting or notification aids.
Team Collaboration & Support
• Work closely with customer service, inventory, distributor sales & marketing teams to understand metadata needs and suggest improvements.
• Provide support for metadata-related tickets and platform issues, especially for eStore, marketplace listing (like Amazon), and warehouse partners.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and help implement agile methodologies within the PIM team.
QUALIFICATIONS
**Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Systems, Communications, a related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience:
• 1+ years of experience in metadata management, operations, or eCommerce.
• Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity working shared support inboxes, ticketing systems like JIRA, and Smartsheet.
• Familiarity with metadata platforms (e.g., Firebrand), ONIX standards, and SEO principles a plus.
• Experience with tools such as Jasper or other AI content platforms is a plus.
