What You’ll Do

+ Be the first point of contact for customers via high-volume inbound calls.

+ Troubleshoot real-time issues and provide expert guidance.

+ Deliver empathetic, solution-oriented support across a variety of service topics.

+ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

What You Bring

+ Proven experience in customer service, call center support, or similar roles.

+ Strong communication skills with a focus on active listening and empathy.

+ A knack for solving problems and creating positive customer experiences.

+ Familiarity with Office 365 and basic office equipment.

+ Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not required.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
