    Contract Manager – Information Services (Healthcare Client)

     

    This is a Contract Manager role supporting Information Services for a healthcare organization. The position is a 6-month W2 contract, fully remote, with occasional onsite visits (approximately once per month if needed).

    Top Skills Required

    + Vendor Contracting Processes – Minimum 3 years of experience managing vendor relationships and contract negotiations.

    + Contract Lifecycle Management – Proven ability to handle renewals, amendments, and terminations.

    + Vendor Performance Analysis – Experience evaluating vendor effectiveness and compliance.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Manage the intake-to-execution process for IT contracts.

    + Ensure alignment with technical and business requirements.

    + Collaborate with IS management to support implementation, service, and maintenance.

    + Review and enforce standard legal language in contracts.

    + Oversee renewals and terminations, ensuring timely communication with vendors.

     

    Scope of Work

    The Contract Manager will provide expert support in:

    + Drafting, reviewing, and administering contracts.

    + Managing contract lifecycles including renewals and terminations.

    + Maintaining accurate records in contract management systems.

    + Reporting on contract status.

    + Liaising with internal stakeholders to align contracts with project needs.

    Deliverables

    + Weekly status updates on contract management activities.

    + Drafted and reviewed contract documents.

    + Recommendations for improving vendor management practices.

    The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $50.00/hr.
