Summary You will serve as a SHEET METAL MECHANIC SUPERVISOR I in the STRUCTURAL SHOP, PRODUCTION RESOURCES DEPARTMENT of PORTSMOUTH NAVAL SHIPYARD. Responsibilities You will conduct safety meetings. You will be knowledgeable with all aspects of the Production Operations Manual, PRODEPT M5250.1 latest Rev. You will attend various training and development programs, supervisors’ conferences, and transmit information to subordinates You will take time to mentor, develop and train your workforce.
