             Position Overview Serving as a subject matter expert and liaison for Burlington’s Import Logistics team, the International Logistics Support Specialist will offer front-line technical and interpersonal ‘helpdesk’ support for internal and external stakeholders by fielding, interpreting and resolving matters of significance on behalf of logistics management. This role will work cross-functionally to support Import PO Change management, Logistics reporting requests and play a critical role in data integrity initiatives to ensure all data is complete, accurate and available in a timely manner. A Day In The Life + Review and respond to day-to-day logistics matters, in addition to handling complaints, arbitrating disputes, or resolving grievances. + Act with a sense of urgency to direct communication to the right stakeholders in order to mitigate barriers to shipments and keep goods moving without delay. + Assist with onboarding, educating and providing guidance for vendors as well as other departments within Burlington, to ensure the continuous flow of goods and information through proper channels. + Oversee PO creation and change management on behalf of the Import Dept. Work Cross functionally with other teams involved to ensure requests are managed within SLA’s. + Design and prepare daily logistics reports to share with necessary internal and external stakeholders in a timely manner. Review reports for accuracy and perform root cause analysis to resolve issues that would result in any delays in delivering the product or resulting in higher costs. + Partner with IT / Reporting team members to upgrade, enhance and deliver exceptional reporting solutions to the Import Team and partners. + As a logistics representative with a finger on the pulse of the daily supply chain operations, communication and reporting, regularly provide consultation or expert advice to management to improve supply chain efficiencies. + Complete special projects, professional training, other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Manager. Experience may be substituted if appropriate + 2-3 years Import/Export Operations/Logistic + Strong verbal and written communication skills + Strong analytical skills & special attention to detail + Ability to work in a creative team environment + Strong knowledge of Access, Excel, PowerPoint & Word Come join our team.
