    We are looking for a Senior Lead, Corporate Communications with these qualities to join Kyndryl.

     

    The Senior Lead, Corporate Communications is responsible for executing an internal communications strategy and plan to ensure that Kyndryl’s more than 80,000 employees around the world are informed about Kyndryl’s many programs aimed at being an employer of choice. They are responsible for all elements of the internal communications plans, from strategic plan development through tactical execution. They will be collaborative, but also very comfortable and driven working independently.

     

    The Senior Lead, Corporate Communications develops and implements programs to communicate Kyndryl's business objectives, culture and values. Designs, develops, edits, and provides guidance on content and style of all materials. Partners with executive management, Human Resources, Communications colleagues and other departments to plan, develop, implement, and evaluate strategic internal communications. Evaluates fit with target audience and implements metrics to evaluate effectiveness of communication plan delivery.

    Required Skills, Experience and Circumstances:

    + Bachelor's Degree required.

    + Minimum of 4+ years’ internal communications experience

    + Proven experience as communications specialist

    + Experience in content creation and editing

    + Solid understanding of project management principles

    + Working knowledge of MS Office

    + Excellent communication (oral and written) skills

    + Outstanding organizational and planning abilities

    + Proficient command of English

    Preferred Technical and Professional Experience:

    + HR communications experience a plus

    + Experience in web design

    + Experience with photo and video-editing software is an asset

    + Experience with using Teams, Engage, and Yammer for internal communications is a plus

    + Experience using mass mail tools is a plus

     

    Compensation

     

    The compensation range for the position in the U.S. is $96,480 to $183,240 based on a full-time schedule. Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience. For part-time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city or local minimum wage requirement.

    There is a different applicable compensation range for the following work locations:

    California: $106,080 to $219,840

     

    Colorado: $96,480 to $183,240

     

    New York City: $115,680 to $219,840

     

    Washington: $106,080 to $201,480

     

    Washington DC: $106,080 to $201,480

     

    This position will be eligible for Kyndryl’s discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl’s applicable plans. You may also receive a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical and dental coverage, disability, retirement benefits, paid leave, and paid time off. Note: If this is a sales commission eligible role, you will be eligible to participate in a sales commission plan in lieu of the annual discretionary bonus program.
