             CTG is seeking to fill a Maintenance Technician position for our client in Indianapolis, IN. **Duration:** Client Permanent Placement Overview: Join a dynamic team maintaining automated equipment and robotics. Execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to ensure operational efficiency and safety. Key Responsibilities: + Troubleshoot and repair automated equipment, conveyors, sensors, and pneumatics. + Perform preventive and predictive maintenance per CMMS schedules. + Maintain accurate records and report equipment issues. + Conduct facility patrols to proactively resolve operational problems. + Use and maintain tools and computer-based control systems (HMI). + Follow all Health, Environment, and Safety (HES) policies. + Collaborate effectively with team members to meet operational goals. Requirements: + 2+ years of maintenance or automation experience. + Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills. + Familiarity with SolidWorks CAD software preferred. + Microsoft Office proficiency. + Physically able to lift up to 60 lbs, climb ladders, and work around machinery. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Education: + High School Diploma or equivalent; technical/vocational training preferred.
