    This individual will be based out of our Burlington office, where we work a required schedule of in-office Monday through Thursday and remote on Fridays.

     

    The Data & Systems Specialist is an experienced executor of core business processes and transactions. This role will be focused on our Master Data and the team will function much like a Records Management department. Due to a unique setup at Wellness Pet Company, this role resides in IT to ensure that critical transactions and data are properly executed and maintained because of the dramatic impact they have on the daily operations of the company and its ability to produce, sell, and support our products.

    What You-ll Accomplish

    + Entry and maintenance of data in our ERP, PLM, Data Syndication System, and other applications

    + Entry and validation of transactions in our ERP and other systems

    + Identify and document process improvements

    + Identify automation opportunities

    + Collaboration with data owners across the business to ensure the proper inputs are provided

    + Understanding and communication to other team members and IT of how these transactions and data sets impact our ability to build, sell, and support our products and services.

    + Other duties as assigned

    In addition, we are seeking a candidate with the following qualifications:

    + 2-4 years of working experience in an office environment either in a clerical role of specialized data entry and management role

    + Associates degree; Bachelors degree a plus

    + Demonstrated analytical skills, adept at using advanced Excel (or similar) functions and other analytical tools

    + Retail data experience a plus

    The annual salary range for this position is $86,800 to $124,900, based on a full-time work schedule, anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational equity. Compensation may vary within that pay range depending on the selected candidate-s professional background, experience, operational needs, and other considerations permitted by law. The full compensation details will be communicated upon finalization of the employment offer and may include eligibility for participation in a bonus program.
