    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    + Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial controls and processes.

    + Conduct variance analysis and provide insights to support business decisions and strategic initiatives.

    YOU MUST HAVE

    + Proven experience in financial analysis or controllership roles.

    + Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.

    + Expertise in financial modeling and forecasting techniques.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting software.

    + Experience with ERP systems and data analysis tools.

    WE VALUE

    + Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

    + 5+ years of experience in financial analysis or controllership.

    + Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    + Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
