    As a **Sr Controllership Analyst** here at Honeywell, you will play a pivotal role in driving financial accuracy and compliance within our organization.     You will work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a Hybrid work schedule.

     

    In this role, you will impact the financial integrity of our operations, ensuring that all financial reporting is accurate and timely, which is crucial for strategic decision-making and maintaining stakeholder trust.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    + Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial controls and processes.

    + Conduct variance analysis and provide insights to support business decisions and strategic initiatives.

    YOU MUST HAVE

    + Proven experience in financial analysis or controllership roles.

    + Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.

    + Expertise in financial modeling and forecasting techniques.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting software.

    + Experience with ERP systems and data analysis tools.

    + Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

    + 5+ years of experience in financial analysis or controllership.
