As a **Assembler Level 2** here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in our production team, responsible for assembling complex components and products while ensuring adherence to quality standards and production schedules. Your expertise and attention to detail will be vital in maintaining the high standards of quality and safety that Honeywell is known for.
You will report directly to our Production Supervisor and you’ll work out of our Danville, KY location onsite work schedule.
In this role, you will impact our manufacturing operations by leading the assembly process, ensuring that products are assembled accurately and efficiently, and mentoring junior team members to promote best practices in the workplace.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Assemble components and products according to detailed specifications and quality standards.
+ Conduct quality inspections on assembled products to ensure compliance with established standards.
+ Train and mentor junior assemblers in assembly techniques and safety protocols.
YOU MUST HAVE
+ Experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment.
+ Advanced knowledge of assembly processes and techniques.
+ Ability to interpret detailed instructions and technical drawings.
+ Proficiency with hand tools and precision measuring instruments.
+ Strong understanding of safety protocols in a manufacturing setting.

+ 2+ years of experience in assembly or manufacturing roles.
