As a Sr Manufacturing Engineer here at Honeywell, you will lead initiatives to enhance manufacturing operations and drive process improvements within our Intelligrated Systems business. Your expertise will be crucial in optimizing production efficiency and ensuring compliance with quality standards.
You will report directly to our Sr AME Supervisor, and you’ll work out of our St. Louis, MO location on a full-time onsite work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the overall manufacturing process by implementing innovative solutions that enhance productivity, reduce costs, and maintain the highest levels of product quality.
Key Responsibilities
+ Lead initiatives to optimize manufacturing processes and improve overall production efficiency.
+ Develop and implement process improvements to enhance product quality and reduce waste.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues.
YOU MUST HAVE
+ Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, or mathematics.
+ 5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering.
+ Expert knowledge of manufacturing processes, lean principles, and continuous improvement methodologies.
+ Proven experience with process optimization and cost reduction strategies.
+ Strong analytical skills and proficiency in manufacturing software tools.
+ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
