    As Associate Counsel, you’ll play a key role in managing litigation and disputes, supporting data privacy initiatives, and contributing to the evolution of Pega’s legal operations. You’ll be a trusted advisor, helping resolve complex issues and shaping the company’s approach to legal risk and compliance.

    What You'll Do at Pega:

    • Lead and support litigation and dispute resolution, including strategy, discovery, and third-party requests.

    • Advise on data privacy, cybersecurity, and AI governance, including impact assessments and regulatory tracking.

    • Collaborate across the global legal team to align processes and deliver exceptional support to the business.

    Who You Are:

    You’re a proactive, collaborative legal professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’re passionate about continuous learning, building strong relationships, and contributing to a high-performing team.

    What You've Accomplished:

    + Juris Doctorate and admission to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction (Massachusetts preferred).

    + 3+ years of legal experience, ideally with training and experience in a law firm setting

    + Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

    + Experience with litigation, data privacy, and cross-functional collaboration

    Additional Information

     

    Base salary range for this role is 100400 - 150200 USD annually. This role may also be eligible for annual bonus OR commission, as well as benefits and other incentives.

     

    The final compensation will be determined during the offer process based on the candidate's education, experience, skills, and qualifications, as well as market conditions and may vary from the posted range. We will share an information on benefits, bonus/commission, and other pay components for this role at the relevant recruitment stage.
