             Job Shift: Day (1st shift) Posted Salary/Rate: $19.00-$21.00 Job Identification: 54085 Job Category: Sales & Sales Support Job Schedule: Full time Remote Remote Opportunity Monday-Friday up to $21.00 per hour based on skills and experience We are seeking collaborative, high-performing and detail-oriented individuals to join our fast-paced and growing Large Quantity Order (LQO) team in a support capacity. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and managing quotes for bulk orders of furniture, supplies, and technology, ensuring SLA, accuracy, efficiency, and alignment with margin guidelines. Although this is a non-sales role, you will engage with customers and internal and external partners through inbound and outbound communication, providing exceptional service and supporting operational excellence for internal teams and customers. You will work closely with our retail store teams, internal partners, and suppliers to deliver complete solutions and ensure a seamless customer experience. Primary Responsibilities: + Meet/exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) related to lead conversion, SLA adherence, quote accuracy, activity rates and effective pipeline management. + Prepare accurate and timely quotes for bulk orders, following established procedures and documentation/CRM standards. + Engage and Support internal teams and customers by responding to inquiries via phone, email, and CRM, providing product information, pricing, and order updates while providing potential solutions based on customer needs. + Ensure all quotes meet margin and pricing guidelines and are documented appropriately in internal systems. + Collaborate with partners and vendors to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction. + Track and follow up on open requests and quote statuses through to completion. + Effectively uncover full customers/partners needs through effective questions to fully qualify the opportunity/ need. + Maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail in all communications and system entries. + Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies within the quoting and order support process. + Represent the LQO team in a professional and proactive manner, acting as a trusted resource for internal and external stakeholders. + Use tools such as Salesforce.com, order management and inventory systems, Excel, and Outlook to manage daily tasks and communications. + Be fast & flexible in a fast-paced, evolving environment Basic Qualifications: + High School diploma or equivalent + Professional and effective written and verbal documentation/communication skills + Self-starter, problem solver, task/results oriented + Strong organization, prioritization, follow-up, and time management skills are a must + Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team + Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook + Coachable, adaptable, able to incorporate feedback and changes quickly Preferred Qualifications + Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field + Minimum of 2 years sales/sales support experience + Exceptional phone and e-mail communication skills + Experience with Salesforce.com + Knowledge of AS400 is an asset but not required + Previous experience and knowledge in the Furniture, Office supplies and Technology field but not required Get great perks. + Generous amount of paid time off + Flexible work arrangements, including remote work from home + 401(k) plan with a company match, full benefits plan and options, and associate resource group + Associate store discount and more perks (discounts on mobile plans, movie tickets, etc.) The salary range represents the expected compensation for this role at the time of posting. The specific base pay may be influenced by a variety of factors to include the candidate's experience, skill set, education, business considerations, geography, and internal equity.
