    Job Description

    This manufacturing-focused company is looking for an Oracle Finance Functional Analyst to join their team on a long-term contract based in Latin America. The role will focus on supporting and enhancing Oracle EBS financial modules, working closely with finance stakeholders and IT teams. Responsibilities include daily operations support, configuration, documentation, and collaboration with developers for new solutions. The analyst will also participate in system upgrades and implementations, ensuring alignment with business goals.

     

    The ideal candidate will have deep Oracle Financials experience, strong communication skills, and a functional understanding of finance processes. A background in re-manufacturing and the ability to work cross-functionally with leadership will set candidates apart.

    Skills and Requirements

    • Strong background in Oracle Financials (EBS R12)

    • Experience with key Oracle modules: AR, AP, GL, Cash Management, FA

    • Excellent communication skills; ability to engage with finance teams and leadership

    • Functional finance background (not just technical)

    • Experience in configuration and working with developers on new builds

    Minimum 5 years Oracle EBS experience, 8 years in IT overall • Re-Manufacturing industry experience

    • Experience with Oracle AIM documentation (RD.050, BR.100, MD.050)

    • Spanish or Portuguese language skills (implied by LATAM location)

     

    No banking or insurance background preferred
