Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Simulator Systems Technician/Systems Engineer to join one of our clients in Nellis AFB, Nevada. This role is part of a team delivering advanced modeling, simulation, and training capabilities to support combat and tactical warfighter readiness, C4ISR integration, and distributed mission operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform operations and maintenance of JITTC-N systems to ensure reliability, availability, and maintainability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues to maintain operational readiness.
• Conduct technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, and risk and cost analysis.
• Support all phases of system development including concept, design, fabrication, testing, installation, and maintenance.
• Translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications through functional and timeline analysis, trade studies, and interface definition.

Skills and Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 5+ years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree with 3+ years of experience, or High school diploma with 9+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with network protocols.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of distributed network operations and fourth/fifth-generation aircraft simulators.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet customer needs.
• active Top Secret clearance (within the last 24 months). • Current TS/SCI clearance.
• Experience with advanced military aircraft simulators and JSE infrastructure.
• Familiarity with ASTi/Chat or similar communication systems.
• DoD IAT Level II certification.
• Experience with DoD or Air Force simulation programs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
