Insight Global is looking for a Senior UX Designer for our client, a leader in consumer-facing digital solutions. This role centers on enhancing the user experience for a complex web and mobile commerce platform, transforming intricate workflows and data into intuitive interfaces. The designer will collaborate with business, product, and engineering teams in an agile environment, using wireframes and prototypes to iterate and validate design decisions. A strong foundation in information architecture and user-centered design methodologies is essential, along with experience in data-heavy consumer applications. While visual design skills are a plus, the focus is on usability, strategy, and interface design—not marketing or front-end coding. This is a great opportunity to lead and advocate for best practices in UX within a collaborative and fast-paced setting.

Skills and Requirements

Undergraduate or Graduate degree in Interaction Design, Product/Usability Design, Industrial Design, Graphic Design, Multimedia Design or related field & experience.

• Advanced knowledge of User Interface Design and User-Centered Design methodologies.

• 5+ years of interaction design experience in:

o Complex application interface design such as e-commerce, B2C and B2B systems

o Business workflow and data modeling (Information Architecture)

o Usability & User research experience

• Visual design or a strong aesthetic sensibility. Ability to communicate conceptual ideas, detailed design, and design rationale, both verbally and visually, to colleagues and senior-level stakeholders.

• Building of wireframe and high-fidelity mockups

• Applicable design and development tools or equivalents – Figma, XD, Sketch, Axure, Adobe CC Suite.
