    Job Description

    We are seeking an experienced JAMF Implementation Specialist to lead the full deployment of JAMF Pro across our organization. This is a greenfield implementation, meaning JAMF is not currently in use within our environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring, and operationalizing JAMF to manage Apple devices securely and efficiently. We can pay $40-80/hour depending on experience and qualifications.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Assessment & Planning

     

    - Evaluate current Apple device inventory and management practices.

     

    - Develop a comprehensive implementation roadmap for JAMF Pro.

     

    - Define project milestones, success metrics, and resource requirements.

     

    Deployment & Configuration

     

    - Install and configure JAMF Pro server and supporting infrastructure.

     

    - Set up device enrollment workflows (DEP, MDM, VPP).

     

    - Create and deploy configuration profiles, policies, and scripts.

     

    - Integrate JAMF with identity providers (e.g., Okta, Azure AD) and other IT systems.

     

    Security & Compliance

     

    - Implement security baselines and compliance controls for macOS and iOS devices.

     

    - Configure patch management and software distribution processes.

     

    Training & Documentation

     

    - Develop technical documentation and user guides.

     

    - Train IT staff on JAMF administration and support procedures.

     

    - Provide post-deployment support and knowledge transfer.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    - Proven experience with JAMF Pro implementation and administration.

     

    - Strong understanding of Apple device management, MDM, and enterprise mobility.

     

    - Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python) for automation.

     

    - Experience integrating JAMF with enterprise systems (SSO, directory services, ticketing platforms).

     

    - Excellent communication and project management skills. - JAMF Certified Admin or JAMF Certified Expert

     

    - Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP)
